Abstract	Taking into account developments of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and also achievements of doctrine, certain problematic issues of the Law “On Prevention of Corruption” and some other laws of Ukraine devoted to the identification, resolution and prevention of conflict of interests are reviewed in the article. Proposals on the improvement of this legislation are expressed.
